The inspiration for Chiquita's Yellow Banana in Black Canister Glampfire Portable Bonfire came straight from my childhood memories. I used to peel the little Chiquita banana stickers and stick them all over my lunchbox like badges of honor. It was such a simple thing, but it brought me so much joy.
And long before we had cell phones, kids in the '80s had banana phones—holding a banana to your ear and pretending to take calls was peak playground comedy. That bright, cheerful yellow stuck with me. It felt fun, familiar, and full of sunshine.
So when it came time to name the color, there was no question—it had to be this.
