Returns + exchange policy
We will exchange goods only if they are defective or damaged so that the product is unusable. Slight dings and scratches will be assessed on a case by case basis. In circumstances where a product is damaged during shipping, you must promptly contact us using our contact form within 5 days from the date delivery. We require clear pictures of both the damaged product(s) and shipping box. An email address will be provided for submitting pictures of the damaged product(s) for assessment. Pictures must be submitted within 7 days from the date we provide the email address to you or your claim will be closed.
